Philodendrons are a great family of plants to become familiar with! There’s a lot of variety within the genus, but they tend to have lush foliage in some kind of arrow or spear shape with notable cuttings (or veins). The name Philodendron comes directly from the Greek words for love (philo) and tree (dendron), so we clearly weren’t the first to fall for this pleasing array of plants. Even if you don’t know the name Philodendron, you probably know some of the more common varieties, such as the Green Sweetheart Plant.

Sunlight
It does not require direct sunlight. it grows best in medium to bright indirect light. .Direct sunlight can burn the leafs. This plant even does well under fluorescent lights.
Temperature
The best temperatures are 68 to 77 F. (20-25 C.).
But it can survive in extreme conditions too like 30-35 C.
Potting Mix
You can use our natural potting mix or you can use peat moss with sandy soil but drained well. Make sure that you provide a good drainage system to your palm plant.
